“I’ve been living at Millennium Dallas for about 6 months now. Management has been extremely helpful anytime I’ve needed anything fixed in my apartment or had any concerns. Whenever I need help in the office, Abby Maldonado, the assistant manager, always goes above and beyond to help me. She always keeps me updated if I receive a package or have any pending workorders.”

“I dropped by unannounced at the Millennium Apartments. Abby took the time to explain the apartment that was available and took me on a tour in the heat of the day. I was so appreciative of her time and fell in love with the apartment and complex!

“Unfortunate circumstances took place, but Jeff and his maintenance crew went above and beyond to assist my family. I can’t thank them enough. They truly have their tenants’ best interests at heart. Lived here for 5 years, and while the area may seem a little sketchy, the complex is quiet, and the grounds are kept tidy. Maintenance is solid. I’m beyond blessed to have been able to call this place home.”

We have lived here for 5 years in Building 9 Apt 110 and we have never had a single problem here also they have an excellent manger named Mrs.Jennifer, she was very understanding to her residents and there situations. “I’ve been here for over yrs now, overall I must say my experience with staff have been great! Lana & David are both awesome. Lana is a great property mgr, who does a superb job at keeping the grounds clean and safe. The area is very convenient. I had a personal matter & Lana’s help and concerned really let me know there are people who really care about more than just money. The staff really & truly care about this community. If I need maintanace, the issues are resolved quickly. I appreciate the the quality of life that I have been provided here for my son and I.”
“Amazing management. They are easy going and understanding. If I have any issues with the apt. They would make sure it gets resolved quickly. The enviorment is nice and quite and diverse. This being my first apt I can say Ive been having a great experience here. And plan on staying and not leaving anytime soon”
